Hi Simon,

It's terrific to hear from you! As David said, I've often wondered out loud how you're going. The Heffmonster is back fencing at the moment, stinking us all out and I've been reminscing and wondering how you and Kyle are. So pleased that you're thinking about getting back into the sport. You'll be fine - just come along to the club and have a whack with people, you'll get back into the groove of things in no time... maybe just a bit puffed for a few weeks!

VRI is going from strength to strength - we have over 200 members now across all weapons and ages, and you'll be pretty happy with the quality of rtaining you can get, if you want to get back into things seriously. Tues and Thurs are epee nights, Saturday out at Brunswick for squad, or pop in on Mon or Wed on a foil night to say hi to me and Mok, and do some quieter training and 'acclimatise'.
