| smoking/fencing someone asked me about smoking and how to quit.
since i used to smoke a lot, here's what i can offer.
you have to go cold turkey. you'll feel really bad for a while, but, you can quit. drink water when you want to smoke. don't drink too much water [water intoxication], the next thing really and truly is running. if you add running to your schedule, you'll fence a lot longer than normal, you really won't regret it.
