| I have 4 foils with Vniti blades. I love them. They are the most beautiful blades I've used. Even the part where the forte meets the tang is beautifully done. I've had mine for 4-5 years now and they hold their shape well.
Enjoy!

| I have 5 Vniti foils, and while they aren't my favorite blade, I do like them very much and they are a crazy good buy. The only thing I've seen that MAY be comparable is the MC 'FIE' (dunno how much I trust that) blade that Blue Gauntlet is selling now. But I've only had it two weeks, whereas I know the Vnitis are beasts. For the record, I still prefer the BF FIE Blues, but wow, not the same cost range at all >< |

| I recommend getting a very stiff blade. They tend to go soft faster than a BF. |

| I don't know. The stiffness of the blade is very much a personal thing and i know a lot of folk that have all got very strong thoughts on that. |

| I like stiffer blades. It means more control over the point because it doesn't whip around as much. IMO, stiffer blades also make certain flicks easier because they give you more precise control of the point's arc.

Though the Vnitis were nice for both, I like the BF balance a bit more. |

| i *heart* my vniti blades. all of my weapons are carbon copies of each other, all vniti. i don't like fencing with anything else. they arn't too stiff but not super whippy.
