Array Need Help Buying New Equipment undefined I am new to the fencing world, but have always wanted to learn. Can some more experenced fencers help me decide where to go for equipment. I have talked to alot of the companies that sell, but am unable to decide where to go. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -

Array Have you talked to your coach? They are almost always the most helpful, as they can make sure they get stuff that fits.
But short of that, I would recommend Absolute Fencing, at http://www.absolutefencinggear.com/ , as they are one of the easiest sites to use. They are also the people I get most all my gear from. -
I'd say it depends on where you are, and if your club has a discount anywhere.
If you're from the West Coast, I'll recommend The Fencing Post. If you're on the East Side of the Rocky Mountains, more or less, I've heard lots of good things about Absolute. For a lot of things like gloves, and blades, you may want to buy them at a tournament where a vendor is present and you can try them on/check balance. Similar Threads -
