    Hello from Ireland

    Hello from Ireland.
    I'm eighteen months a fencer and have only eighteen months to go before becoming a verteran so I need all the help I can get. I had read (and appreciated) the training tips for a while before I realised that there was a forum here too.
    I hope to find lots more answers here to questions I haven't thought of yet...
