Intro

Hey,
My name's Craig Gorin, i'm a sabre fencer from NJ, currently fencing as a frosh for harvard university. Just wanted to introduce myself since I just joined this board. Hope to see some of you on the strip.

hiya new to this myself , i have been fencing foil for 1 year and have moved onto sabre resently (about 3 weeks ago ) so any advice would be good

Hi Craig, and welcome to the board. Did you fence for a high school program in NJ or did you start out with a club program, or a combination of both, Just curious, anyway welcome

I'm also curious to see how you started, and if it was in a high school program, what school? I got my start at VHS. A word of warning, if you aquired most fencing education on a high school team, you are probably going to have a lot of things to unlearn. They teach you how to beat bad fencers, not good ones.
