Array Hi Craig, and welcome to the board. Did you fence for a high school program in NJ or did you start out with a club program, or a combination of both, Just curious, anyway welcome You can train for strength & speed but heart must come from within.

Array I'm also curious to see how you started, and if it was in a high school program, what school? I got my start at VHS. A word of warning, if you aquired most fencing education on a high school team, you are probably going to have a lot of things to unlearn. They teach you how to beat bad fencers, not good ones. Array Welcome aboard. It's refreshing to see a spate of new sabre and foil fencers checking in, rather than the usual assembly line of epeeists. Similar Threads -
