Array i think fencer b should get the point.
why can't b parry? either because fencer A has not clearly established row, while fencer B has ril'ed. it would take a good judge to see all of this happening in a fast bout. in slow actions it's understood, but when a flick is flicked correctly, it seems to take presidence -
