Re: [CFML] Chest protectors AND Source Material Thanks to Jeff, and I've so far been inclined to agree all the way although
certainly we're open. Our guys won't be working to any extent mit Waffen for
awhile, but we have planned blindfold exercises. Our lefty beginners have
already been asking about ambidextrous work, and I'm dragging my feet on that,
as it were, precisely because of Jeff's admonitions.
Oh--we didn't post specific exercises for a variety of reasons, although we
did refer to sites that have.
