Stencil printer

I seem to recall seeing what appeared to be a printer driven by a PC, but instead of printing it scribes lines on adhesive paper. When the paper comes out, it is peeled off the backing layer and applied to the lame or other garment for stencil painting.

Can anyone tell me who makes such a printer? Thanks.
