I really just meant not electric in this case.

Since we hope to eventually get a regular series of tournaments going, attended
by people from different schools and traditions, we will undoubtedly end up
experimenting with several different rulesets over time, but for now we will
take the precaution of making sure everyone understands the rules before we
start. I'll make a point of looking into Walter Green's concordance.

Maestro John Sullins will be the MC and Director for the tournament, so the
specific rules will likely reflect his Italian fencing background.
