Or better yet, find a picture you like, crop what you want of it, and resize it to the appropriate number of pixels using your favorite graphics app. You think these things we're using are all designed to be little avatars?

Ah. Yes, I think these "naughty bits" that you are having trouble reducing can be handled by software that I have, so if you would mail them to me, I will take care of posting them for you.

It's my little boy.... not the best picture, but it's fencing related. The poor kid has almost no choice but to fence. (He went to his first tournament at 5 days old, and slept through Nationals at 4 months)
