Since they have upped the fees, are they going to hire refs?

We'll have a lot of DCFC fencers for epee, but probably not as many in foil and sabre.

Champagne Challenges take place in the Capitol Division, but they are not run by the Capitol Division itself--they are club tournaments run by DCFC (the DC Fencer's Club).

The Champagne Challenges USUALLY have the same entrance fees as division events, but I hadn't even heard that CapDiv had raised fees until I checked the website, so I wouldn't bet my life on it.
