1996 FIE blades

Would anyone here happen to have the list of FIE approved blades from 1996, with the blade markings such as "LP" for a Leon Paul blade.

You don't mention, if this is a Foil or Epee blade. From Issue 31 (2000) of Escrime, Paul Epee blades were certified in 95 and 97. At that time, they were to be certified every two years. Any blades made that year or after for 2 years were considered certified. So a 96 Epee blade is certified. They don't list any Foil blades. It is possible they were certified in 94, but in 2000 they had the 5 year rule.

A person on the fencing forum was wondering, I believe it is foil, his Blade is stamped "EL" in an FIE shield from 1996.

EL, I believe is Lammet and yes both Foil and Epee blades were certified in '96.
