"I think I may need a bathroom break? Is this possible?" a Reuters news agency photographer caught him writing in a note to Ms Rice.

Wonder how Condi felt about giving advice on such matters. Furthermore - I wonder why he wrote that first question mark. Would he not be certain on that point?

What do you expect him to do, get up and piss on the floor of the UN council just as the delegate from Iran gets up to complain about poverty targets in their country?

The major from a big town over here did almost that.

However, he chose the flower pot at the dance floor on a big cruise boat. Those cruises are known for carrying a lot of drunk people, but he claims to have been sober. Not sure whether that will help his case, but with the strong teetotaler movement over here - maybe.
