| I've heard that fungi are closely related to humans, genetically. I think that's very weird, and disturbing. However, it does explain some of the smells I've noticed coming from some of my fellow fencers' bags...
Mmmm. Mushrooms. Shiitakes, sauteed with shallot and white wine. Mmmmm. Magic mushrooms. Bad taste. Ewww. Interesting, though.

Me, I'm more of a "make soup from scratch after making stock from scratch" kind of guy. In fact, that is what I'm doing today.
