BTW, I was just talking to the bartender and found the best way to get yourself outside of a piece of fruit.
Bellini
1 whole white peach (pit removed, skin on)
2-3 cubes ice
1/2 tsp lemon juice
puree in blender
put 2 oz in wine glass and mix in 3 -4 oz of prosecco.
yummy and gorgeous.
