Sorry to disappoint you Mr. British terrorist dude.
How exactly do you go about purchasing a British heart and yet have a body made up of Welsh, Scottish, French, and Queer Irish people? I would just call you an Eastern European mutt; bad dog...
And if you were a terrorist, I'm sure that you would tell us, right?

I'm equal parts English (Briton), Irish, Italian and Welsh. Be careful...

| I'm 100% American.
Wow, that makes me sound like bad beer. Or a bad car.
Hmmm...

| What pisses me off is when people act all cool and list off all of the European countries they're from. NO, you were born in AMERICA. Thus making you AMERICAN. Deal with it. |

| America is a land of immigrants. Almost everyone in America is either an immigrant, or is the descendant of immigrants. It's just a part of the national character and identity. However, a slight change in wording can make a difference, such as:
My family is from Poland (My great-grandparents emigrated from Poland.) |

| Ahh, see? That's much more specific. But I just think it's stupid listening to all these typical Americans claiming they're Japanese or something.
I also hate anime/manga. It sucks. |

Deal with it. | And those people who claim to be 00.04% of something...as far as I'm concerned that doesn't even count as being a part of your bloodline. I think it's okay to know what countries you have a blood tie to. I mean that is a part of you and for many people it shows in their appearance, their voice, or their name. It literally is a part of their identity. Somebody who goes around pretending to be all cool because he's Irish and it's St. Patty's day or pretending to be cool because your from Australia and can't spell to type properly is just annoying...

| Mmmm, yeah. The "Irish" people. "Kiss my ass, I'm Irish!" It makes me angry just thinking about it. Really, what is the allure of being Irish if you're still a white trash American? |

My grandparens each came from one of the countries listed. In my father's case, they moved to this country (but elsewhere in it). My mom came here from England not long ago.
And since my eldest sister was born in German while my mom was there (RAF), does that make her German? Or my other older sister Scottish? They came here at a very young age.
It simply lists my heritage. The Canadian bit is like a big umbrella overtop.

| I think this party has gotten boring. You're all arguing over who drinks the most/least or how american/non-american you all are...
Where's the music, the dancing, the chit-chat in the kitchen and most importantly -- where's Lou's update on her latest date with the army guy?!
This party needs more love and joy, lest at least I'll be heading home to the budgies. Love! Joy! Caïprinhas!
