Help!! I've been trying to download the NAC 2005-06 entry form off the USFA web site for two days.. So far I'm totally unsuccessful. Can anyone suggest another site or a backdoor way to get this form?

In addition to Goofy's suggestion (which works), I also noticed that while I couldn't open the PDF directly in IE, if I saved the file and then opened directly in Acrobat Reader that that worked.
