| These aren't the reps, AFAIK, these are the candidates. No one else candidated. We'll see who gets elected next.

| How are these candidates chosen? If you are trying to 'grow' the brand of fencing in other countries, it seems ridiculous to have 2 countries represented so heavily while others are ignored completely.

| One suspects that they are chosen according to how closely they support M. Roch's positions.
I am prepared to have this cynical assumption dispelled, but am not really expecting it. |
