| I fence about 2-3 times per week, but my work out is fairly intense for 2-3 hours, maybe resting for few minutes between drills, lesson, and bouting. I pace myself fencing some of the kids and teens, and, I typically fence to 90-210 points fairly intensively against one of the best A's in my section. We stop for a minute or two everytime he gets to a multiple of 15 (or rarely when I do it first). I think I rest about 10/min per hour for first 2 hours, and 15 min for the third. I get tired and as sabreman indicated, my body resents more than this... I'm almost 42.
