Well, it's been about a year since Santelli went off-line and we had lots of speculation and one threat about the possible legal consequences of our speculating.
Has anybody learned the real story in the meantime?
The basic story is that Santelli ran out of money and was in arrears in its rent by a large sum. There's lots more detail besides, but that's the summary of what closed it.
