super glue on uniform

I was regluing a blade the other day and accidentally put a big drop of super glue on my Uhlmann FIE Olympia pants. Do you guys think it would be OK to soak the spot in acetone?

Test it on an inconspicuous, out of the way spot. (I would not think it would harm.) Good luck.

A.J. will become famous soon enough
Have you asked the armourers? They might know whether you can or not. It might damage the fiber of the material. I'm not saying that it would, just that it might. Actually, if you live where it tends to get very hot, just set the knickers outside during the day and the glue might melt. I know that Hot Glue melts at 80 degrees. Maybe Super Glue will also. Anyways, just an idea.

Yes I do.

(I did the same thing on my jacket once and acetone got it out just fine.)
