Well...where do you live? My high school had a team, and had a fencing gym class. Benjamin Cardozo High School, in Queens.

Check out the baylor school fencing club in Chattanooga. They're a private highschool with a fencing program (and a rather good one at that)

Does it count if it's indirectly offered as a PE credit, being a varsity sport, which counts as half a PE credit?

They're in Nashville DFP...Chatt. might be a stretch of a drive.

If you can't find a school with it (which is very likely, as I don't think any do), try the Nashville Fencing Academy. Great coach and heavy competition.

I wish my school system could have counted that, because Fencing is easily preferable to my required two years of high school PE (thank God that's over)

I'm in the Houston, Texas area and a friend of mine has, for the last 12 years, built up fencing at the high school he teaches in from an after class club to a varsity sport with 2 or 3 PE for-credit classes per semester.

If you will send me a personal message I'll pass off his email. He's a good guy and, until very recently, had the only fencing in a high school the Houston area. I'm sure he will be happy to offer whatever information you wish.

Atlanta has some HS fencing now. Think the GA division web site has something on it.

    high school fencing

there are several high school fencing clubs in georgia ( 7 now soon to be 10)
and i coach 3 of the teams, now it's only a club ativity like chees club. the biggest hurdle seems to be in convincing the state to make a varsity sport. but don't give up the ship! www.ngfc.us

    Caddo Magnet High School

Caddo Magnet High School in Shreveport, La has had fencing accepted as credit for around 20 years or so...

    Hope that helps.
