| Running is more of a zen thing for me. Introspective, no external stimuli if I can help it. |

| I've found music to be a distraction..... I'm too busy thinking "****, why am I doing this???"

| As I'm not really a fan of jogging, the music helps me to keep the speed I'm comfi with. By jogging outside, I don't take music along, I like to smell and hear what I'm surrounded with.
Obviously, I don't jogg along streets...........(as then I'd be better off with a beer in a smokey bar!)

| I like having music when i jog, but the problem is, i only like stuff that i can dance to. When i run to music I can dance to, i start dancing to the music. And will take jogging steps to the steps of the dance! (slow slow slow quick quick and triple step triple step rock step) which throws off jogging |
