Heh, I sympathize. My girlfriend left me a week ago, a week after I'd moved in with her, for one of her (our) new housemates (now they're both my former housemates...) At least there's always fencing to help get you through this sort of crap, though...

He is paralyzed, but all the important parts still function so he is more than capable of functionally sexually (hell he could give lessons!). Good god... you have NO idea!

RL, I have never met anyone who equals you in being intentionally tactless and hurtful with other people! There are some things you just don't say out of common courtesy!! Occasional lapses of maturity I could understand, but you aren't a kid, you behave like this on purpose. Why do you like being such a jerk?

LOL we've been through this before RL, there is nothing to fix. We have one of the best Spinal Cord rehab and research centres in the world, 20 minutes from our house and it is all covered by our universal medical care in Canada.

With all due respect to your offer.... I have to ask why would we fly to another country for treatment by someone who we have not idea what their credentials are? And our medical plan won't pay for. It simply doesn't make sense.

How do you know I have no credentials? Well Ok yeah I have no credentials but I don't charge much and my approach to healing is very different.

RL... Picture this if you can... My husband studied applied science/ engineering in University. He trusts what he understands and what stands up to scientific reasoning. I approach him and say, "Guess what honey... I met this guy on a fencing forum with no credentials in California who wants to run some tests on you. He thinks he could get you to walk. Should I arrange the flight?"

You may have good intentions RL or you may be running one of your weird jokes. Either way... the results are the same.

I’m going to spend my vacation time in the wilderness with my husband and not another soul for miles. This is preferred to going to California with it’s 6 lane freeways and lord knows how many people. I suspect the fishing would be not nearly as good either.

First of all you have no idea what my technique is and I am suprised you would just blow me off without even wanting to know what healing tehcniques are.

Secondly, now that I have shaved my head bald I resemble Mr. Clean's dirty brother.

RL, we have plenty of insight into your intelligence and personality from your posts here, and for this reason a sensible person would reject out of hand any suggestions you might make in realms of physical or mental health.

I don't need to know your techniques. I'm not the one you want to heal. I know my husband; I know what he will accept and what he won't. He won't put his health in hands of someone without certificates lining their walls. No offence to you personally. It is simply who he is. He’s ornery even with his doctor.

Trying different things assumes that it is important to my husband that he walks again. He finds it overrated. You should consider someone better motivated.

Honestly, RL you're wasting your time. I know my husband. Walking again really is low on the list. I know you find this hard to understand. So be it.

Flying to CA instead of two weeks in the bush would be considered insanity.

Seeking treatment in another country done by someone who has no credentials instead of driving 20 minutes to a Spinal Injury treatment and research centre and having it fully covered under our medical... goes beyond insanity….

I realize this is something that you would like; it just isn’t something that is going to happen. We're done with this discussion.

Besides... we're boring the hell out of people because we're circling the same argument.

I’ve helped to guys in wheelchairs walk again. One even does Tae Kwon Do. My testing procedure is very simple. I just simply hang him up on the wall and see what he can do. Then from there I create a treatment plan.

The first guy I helped was simple. The treatment I created is called Reality Sexual Healing RSH. I placed him in the center of a room and had my wife appear nude in front of him. She did some dancing and a little bit of physical therapy on his legs and thighs and sat on his lap. The technique here is called PPW (Priming the Patient to Walk.). When the patient seems to be ready my wife will then back away from him and make hand gestures and verbally tell him to “come to her.” At this point the Patient #1 fell out of his wheelchair and started crawling to my wife. That’s when I entered the room and dismissed my wife and told him to cut me a check. The man was cured on the spot.

Now to Patient #2….

This guy was really tough. RSH had absolutely no effect on him. So I had to create a new technique for him. I named this new technique SGE, Stun Gun Enlightenment. The technique is simple but brilliant. With the use of verbal commands and an 800,000 volt stun gun to key areas like the base of the spine and buttocks it is possible to make a patient jump out of there seat and walk (sometimes even run).

Unfortunately SGE had almost no effect on Patient #2. The only noticeable change I was able to observe was stiffening of the jaw and it really hurt me so badly that I couldn’t do anything for him.

Finally I came up with a solution. Some call it Tough Love therapy but I call this solution EFD Emergency Follow or Die. EFD is also a shockingly simple but effective technique using 10ft of 30lb test fishing line. To implementing EFD I removed Patient #2’s pants and tide a noose around his testicles and stepped back while giving the line a few light yanks. A very similar technique to keeping a kite in the air. Patient #2 was able to get out of his wheelchair and walk within 10 seconds.
