You can compete if you meet the age and classification requirements of the event. In short:
For:
Division 1, you must be an A, B, or C, and born in 1992 or earlier,
Division 2, you must be a C, D, E, or U, born 1992 or earlier,
Division 3, you must be a D, E, or U, born 1992 or earlier,
Junior, born 1986-1992,
Cadet, born 1989-1992,
Y-14, born 1991-1994,
Y-12, born 1993-1996,
Y-10, born 1995-1998,
also to compete in an NAC in Y-10 or Y-12 you must either a) compete in a Regional Youth Circuit or b) be on the national points list prior to the NAC entry deadline.

| Don't forget the Vet!!!!
If you are 40 or over, the NAC is for you too! Just look for the walkers next to the strip We are the well-mannered folks the officials like because we show up on time and know what we're doing.

| Yes, the training regimen for some of the veterans includes drills for Muttering, Screaming, and Stomping Back Down the Strip. I have an advanced certificate in Glaring myself.
There are restrictions on who can compete in some of the NAC events, but for Veteran events at this point you need to be a USFA member and of age.
