| If your on-line, it is at the USFA web site. Or you could go to the FIE web site. Because of the language differences and rule differences, to fit it on one page, the picture in the FIE rule book is after M.43. It should be in most countries rule book.
Dan, if he brings them will have other rule books with him. I am sure the FIE. When he goes with SEMI, he brings some so the fencers and Armorers can see the rules in a language, they may understand.
