| Just FYI Dynamo and STM are exactly the same company, with the same steel, made on the same machines to the same specs. The only real differance is that one is made by the day shift and one is made by the night shift. StM blades are decent blades (Uhlmann/Allstar, Duelist, TCA, others all sell them as their own, usually along with BF) but they are not my favorites. I think my personal favrites are LP non FIE blades cause they last so damn long. It is just unatural.
I go through BF or most other blades in 3-6 months but I have never had an LP break on me. I also like the Prieur FIE in that it feels like a very light BF without costing an arm and leg and last just as long as the BF for me. After that I would recommend BF, then LM, StM/Dynamo, FS, and then all the Chinese blades (with the ones from Absolute being at the top of that pile, which is a rather dubious honor...). In short The StM blades are great for the money as they can be found for Chinese blade prices if you look hard enough, but they neither have the best feel or last very long, at least in my experiance. If it is a backup blade and it is under $70 I would say go for it. Otherwise go with an LP or Prieur FIE for the same or less money.
