| Not just DnD, "Hot ladies" playing DnD! And I don't know what you're talking about with ads, I haven't gotten any popups or anything from the site.

Around here, pedicures are considered intellectual gatherings - really, women gather in large gaggles and get themselves "done" en masse. I swear, I abstain! See? My toenails are pathetic! And it would take them 6 visits to shave through the callouses I get from fencing. Ewwww. But I digress.
If I wanted to play D&D again, I'd have to drive long distances and hunt down some band of scifi or SCA people so I could hang out in their basement. Somehow that was more fun in high school. But it would be entertaining to do it again someday.

| I used to play D&D a lot... it was pretty fun until some other folks started playing with us, and they were REALLY serious about it. We thought it was pretty weird (they dressed up, spoke funny, and all had all the books and their own bags of dice), but hey - the more, the merrier, right?
In hindsight, it's pretty funny thinking of some guy dressed in a cloak freaking out and throwing things because someone's character cast an area effect spell a little too close to his character, but at the time, it was a little unnerving...
Actually, thinking about it again, it's really not that funny... I wonder what those guys are doing nowadays when they don't get a pay raise or end up with a flat tire or something...
