How do you perform a croise?

I have heard a croise means "to cross" but I never fully understood how to perform it.
    Any instructions?

The croise, or flanconade, is performed by using the strong of your blade to carry the weak of your opponent's blade from high-line to low-line, followed by a lunge with the blades still in contact.
