    Fencing Classes

    Hi,
I'd love to start fencing claseses.
I've always been very intruiged by what seems a graceful and energetic
    sport.
I can find no listings of classes for anywhere in the south east.
Even the southside of dublin would be great.
I would be starting at the very very beginning

    All suggestions would be great

    thanks

    annie

Where are you located? Does your reference to Dublin mean you're in
Ireland? I find this information on the FIE (Federation Internationale
    d'Escrime) web site:

    Irish Amateur Fencing Federation
    Branksome Dene
    Frankfort Park
    DUBLIN 14
    Phone :
    Fax :

If you're not in Ireland, then where are you?

    Annie-

I guess you're in Ireland? Try the list at:
    http://www.irishfencing.net/clubs.htm

You may also find that local libraries or local councils have lists.
Most clubs welcome beginners. The experience depends on the individual,
but many beginners and most experienced fencers do find it as enjoyable
    as you seem to anticipate!
