| VNITI Epee Guards? Anyone use them? Are they any good in terms of weight? I'd like to try a light guard and foudn a decent deal on these ones. So, any experiences?
Thanks in advance. |

| If you are referring to the Titanium/Aluminium alloy guards then just get them!
They're ace, you'll love them. Very light, very durable.

| They aren't very light. They weigh about the same as the standard Uhlmann guards.

| However, according to the reviews they're more durable than their weight counterparts, so it is a choice for the fencer. |

| That seems to be the case. I recently bought a couple of them and they are built like tanks.

| i'm almost certain they're lighter. definitely not as light as the aluminum ones or ultralites, etc etc.
also note that when these break, they shatter. |
