well, first of all, thanx, im glad i won, and took 4th in the mens too...

as for fencing.net party, and me being to young to go to it? that would magorly piss me off, because theres a lot of ppl my age(10-17) on this bored and im pretty sure they would want to go too.

Hey Chris, don't get your drawers in a bunch. I was the one who started the talk and it kind of fizzled out from all angles. I am again willing to set something up if there is enough response including making it accessible to any age. But again, no one seemed interested. Let me know if you all want to do this or not.

yeah, i would like to, it'd be kinda cool to meet the faces behind the names... i dunno where we would do it, maybe at our club? its gunna be closed (mostly) during the week, and i can open it up... i dunno.. where else but i know im intrested, and i know other peeps who are too...

Seriously, I'll be there the whole time. I fence early on the 3rd, 4th, 6th, 10th and 11th. So aside from the nights before those events, I'm pretty much free (although probably very tired: I'll be refereeing after I'm done competing those days).

im fencing 5 events i think, maybe 6, i cant remember wich team events im fencing... though, i'll come to the party any day...

i stay out till like 4am on turnaments anyways, so i dont think this party will be past my time :-) were not gunna wear suits are we? i think that'd be kinda wierd (though i have a kickass suit! ) well i dont care ither way, i know i wanna go to a party..

oh, SteveMcDonough, whats the "i was 15 when i was your age" i know it makes sense, but... yeah

What I meant was that if you were, say 7, then I can understand your worries about going or not.. Trust me. at 15, you're not a little kid.

Edit: I don't think anyone here is meeting people that they don't know unless they're terribly lonely. And, if you're really a kid, which you're probably not, I would caution you to stay away from those sorts of meetings.
