| If you look at the last paragraph of M.25.3, you will see it is illegal. Will it pass, it depends on if they are following the rules. There have been some where FIE tounaments they have been allowed and there have been some where they were failed.
If you don't follow the rules, you take the chance of having wasted your money. Also, there have been times where it has been allowed for individuals and then failed at the same competition for team, because everyone did not have the same.
