Rusty
My foil has got a bit rusty along the blade.
It's a duellist blade, and the rust is not very deep, just surface. You reckon it's safe to rub it down with some sandpaper?
fine sandpaper or fine steel wool should work fine.
Then be sure you don't stow it in your bag with damp jackets etc.
