Wow. That's determination. Do you have something against girls or you just haven't chosen a cool girl's name yet?

sounds like a safe and well thought-out plan!

names...dunno about a girl...maybe my mum's name or something from ancient Greece like the name of one of the nine muses...for boy: Alexander or Stefan - it'll be anything but Bubba that's for sure!

I had it all planned out too. I was going to have five children. The first two were going to be twin boys - Eric and Bryce, the next one was going to be a girl, Tamara, the next a boy named, Chase, and then the youngest a girl named Tanya. Yep, it was all planned, ready to implement. Uh huh.

I just think that there are enough people in the world allready, and loadsa loadsa looooooooadsa kids need a home. Why just create more people when there are allready enough, and I can help one who is allready here and will have a crap life, unless someone helps him or her?

Jessica if she was a girl. James if she was a boy.

We picked the names because they had good nicknames and were inoffensive. "Jess," as a matter of fact, works well for the tall, big-shouldered, short-haired epee-fencing rugby player daughter we had. "Jamie" would have been fine for the quiet, sweet boy we probably would have had, but so would "Jess."

My son had to be named David Junior because it was the tradition in his family that the firstborn son be given the same name. Please never do this to a child.

I named my daughter, Tonia, which I thought was a perfectly good name as it could be shortened to Toni and wasn't a name that could be turned into some obnoxious nickname.

However, I failed to consider my daughter's reaction when -- as a teenager -- she discovered a picture of the white Spitz I'd owned as a child. The dog's name was Tony.

Her response: You named me after the dog?

My response: I always liked that dog.

Note: Corruption of lines from the Indiana Jones third movie.

I was going to name them Jack for the boy after my grandfather, and Morgan for a girl because I like the name...but I was informed that my children might not appreciate being named after alcohol.

And one of each... Jessie James!! Fine name from our very own American Wild West!

    I love names!

If I am ever going to have children I would like to name them Loke or Viking (if it's a boy) or Birka or Amalia (if it's a girl).

I dont know for boys off hand but for a girl I'd name her Samara, Alexandria, or Rhiannon or Aria. (The only problem is that Samara was the name of the girl in the ring. )

Maybe Ryan for a boy or girl. or Regan

I want to be remembered when I'm dead. I want books written about me. I want songs sung about me. And then, hundreds of years from now, I want episodes of my life to be played out weekly at half past nine by some great heroic actor of the age.

Viking is interesting. What would a nickname be for a little boy named Viking?

Morgan is a man's name. Same as Ryan, Reagan, Riley, Parker, Kennedy, Madison, Christian, Ashton, Bailey, Carson... but for quite a while now, these names have become quite hip for girls. Almost to the point where they aren't boy's names anymore!
