Array Go to www.escrime-tv.com . This is the website of French weekly Fencing TV programme. If the French have a weekly programme why doesn't anyone else? Unfortunately I don't speak any French so I cn't comment on the calibre of it's material butit doeslook pretty good. A sort of Fencing round up with interviews with the athletes during training and tourneys. There isn't [as far as I've seen] any ground breaking camera angles or tech' wizardry, just an attempt to provide the sport with coverage and a little personality. Would any of the French fencers like to make a comment? -

Array Escrime TV is mostly covering some of the world cups. The interviews are nice, but most of the time they show just a couple touches per bout, and the content is very small.
The weekly show shown on TV is longer, so they might show more, but since they started it recently, I have not had a chance to see it, since I live here in the US now.
Another thing to consider is that this show is shown on a cable/satelite channel, which is not a mainstream channel. You'd have to pay extra to get it. So not everyone gets to see it.
It's still better than nothing though - Epee is the Louis Vuitton bag of fencing: only the best can get it, and the rest of the masses must content themselves with cheap knockoffs (sabre, foil)
- To not recognize the power of the French grip is to be in denial

Array Which cable/satellite tv channel?
You mean I actually have to order it? Don't take life so seriously... You'll never live through it. -

The name of the channel is Pathe Sport, however. - Epee is the Louis Vuitton bag of fencing: only the best can get it, and the rest of the masses must content themselves with cheap knockoffs (sabre, foil)
