ADVANCED EPEE COACHING WORKING

The USFA National Coaching Development Program is hosting the only Black Star event planned for 2005.

Join us for an Advanced Coaching Workshop in Epee with Rorik Janssen as presenter at the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center. Rorik has been a member of the Board for Training Science & Education of the German Fencing Association, responsible for clinics & courses for new Coaches, and leading Coach of the State "Hessen". Dates for this workshop are July 28 through August 2. It will be a hands-on workshop in the gym with some lecture intervals.

This workshop is open to any coach who has a fencer in the top 32 of any current USFA ranking list, and any NCAA coach who has had a fencer in the most recent NCAA Championships.

Arrival day: - Thursday, July 28th , afternoon check-in, evening introductory meeting

Session days:
- Friday, July 29th morning, afternoon and evening sessions
- Saturday, July 30th morning, afternoon and evening sessions
- Sunday, July 31st morning, afternoon and evening sessions
- Monday, August 1st morning, afternoon and evening sessions

Departure day: - Tuesday, August 2nd. Participants are free to leave at anytime on Tuesday. Allow at least 1 hour for check-out and airport shuttle time in planning your departure schedule.

The registration fee of $400.00 includes tuition cost, shared room in the OTC dorms, meals in the OTC dining hall and airport shuttle to and from the OTC complex.
