Customization of fora order

Also mentioned in a post in the poll thread about creating new sub-fora for divisions/sections/etc.

It would be nice to be able to customize the order of display for the fora. If I want Fencing Discussion first, Armory second, then Tournaments and Camps third rather than Water Cooler (I don't, but as an example) it would be nice to be able to do that. Especially if we spawn a couple of dozen more sub-areas. Part of what hurts the NYC area is that it's off the bottom of the screen for nearly everyone I'd imagine. With the tiered structure (Discussion Board->General Fencing->Fencing Discussion) this might be difficult. I'd be happier without that tiering and the flexibility to choose the order display.

Though there is an existing hack for this, I'm holding off as a new version of the core software for this forum will be released sometime in July, so this kind of functionality would be slated for late in the year.
