Array to all you music fans... ...I recently heard the tunes of a fanfrickingtatsic Polish guitarist by the name of Leszek Cichonski. Trouble is, there's absolutely none of his material here in the States and it would appear that I'm the only person in the world who's heard of him.
somebody, please prove me wrong! "Sometimes you want to give up the guitar, you'll hate the guitar. But if you stick with it, you're gonna be rewarded."

Array I like his guitar playing. Its good.. not really my style, but definitely HAS style. Sounds sorta like hendrix. While we're on the topic, is anyone here a yngwie malmsteen fan? "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. And from this side only! The flight of a half-man, half-bird. Dinosaurs nuzzling their young in pastures where strip malls should be. Cookies on dowels. Array Yngwie is good, if you like listening to people wank on their guitars aimlessly. For fast shred-like guitar playing, might I recommend Al DiMeola, John McGlaughlin, and Paco de Lucia, as well as Dream Theater. -

Array Just because it's fast doesn't mean it's good. Bluegrass is good fast music. I don't know those people, but they all suck. Yngwie is good, although unpronouncable. Leszek is good. You (Censored because I promised Gav I would be good..... claws at muzzle) -

Array Oh, I take back John McGlaughlin. He's not really the uber cool shredding type though... He's kind of weird- he tunes his guitar all weird- to one chord, and then he plays scales in that chord. He's even kind of folky. He isn't the kind who you could just say: "Take it!" to. He'd be lost- he needs the music pre-planned out and everything. But the rest suck, whoever they are.

Array You sir, are a moron. Paco de Lucia is quite possibly one of the greatest guitar players who has ever lived. Friday Night in San Fransisco is the most amazing display of guitar playing ever recorded. Now it is one thing if you don't like the music, but you cannot helped but be amazed at the sheer speed and technicality of the playing. If you knew anything about music, you would understand that by mentioning the Guitar Trio, I was metioning the antithesis of Yngwie Malmsteen, in a sarcastic counterpoint. -
