Thank God for sunny days!

Especially in a place like this, you really start to take sunny days for granted (since they're usually a given)...until they disappear. I literally hadn't seen the sun since about last Wednesday, but it came back out this morning! It's hit-and-miss right now, but I can already see the clouds burning off around Eagle Peak.

Anyway, I just wanted to mention that it's days like this you really have to thank God for!

We had a fire drill today (okay, not a drill, a faulty smoke detector). Nice and sunny. A little cold, but hey, I'm not complaining, when Soldier has to deal with snow.

*sigh* I's ugly, chilly, and overcast out my way, and has been for the past two weeks. It's now May, and time for the weather to get nicer, but no luck so far. Oh Spring/Summer, where are you?
