Array Great Lakes Sectionals in Grand Rapids, MI I'm deciding whether or not to go. Do any of the Great Lakes fencers out there know if it's going to be well attended? What was it like last year? -
Is Kentucky in the Great Lakes section of the USFA ???
Unless it is or unless you've moved, you can't compete in it anyway... -

Array Kentucky is, indeed, in the Great Lakes Section (as are Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, but not such states (which border the lakes) as Wisconsin or Illionois (both in the Mid-West Section)).

Array I REALLY want to go but, A: Have no money, B: see A.
I'd be nice to see some of the folks who come down my way to tournaments. Good luck rmyounis if you decide to go. -
I wasn't able to go last year, but it seems to have been well-attended: http://www.nd.edu/~dtl/fencing/results/glsecres04.html
I'll be there this year, if that makes any difference. Hope to see you there. -

rmyounis, there are plenty of good bars hereabouts, but don't count on Cornerstone students helping you to find one--it's a fundamentalist/Calvinist school, and they don't cotton to that sort of thing. Nothing is more frightening than ignorance in action. -
