Ordering from fencing.net store

Hi All,

I'm new to this site and was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences ordering from the fencing.net store. I recently order the 'Footwork Training Pack' for $89.95 and the only thing I received in the mail was the DVD and nothing else. According to the site when I order the materials, there should have been other parts to this order. And what is interesting is that the site no longer has the merchandise listed. I've sent several e-mails inquiring about my order but have not received any responses back. In addition the cost of the shipping was $14.20, and I can't imagine that to just ship one DVD costs this much. My concern is that I was thinking about order other fencing materials from this store but this experience has soured me to that prospect. Does anyone have any idea of how I can get a response back so that I can get this resolved?

Thanks.

Email is likely to get a faster response then a PM.

Here is a link to the contact page from the store.

I've already sent several e-mails...but no response

which is very frustrating. That is the reason I decided to post here hoping someone in charge of this site could respond back to me.

Which thread should I post a message to Craig?

Thanks

I'm having a similar problem, I ordered the Vancouver 2004 Epee DVD last Sunday as of this Sat. it still hasn't arrived. Emailed Craig about paying for 2-3 day shipping and was told that I would received what I ordered in 2-3 days, its just that there is processing time involved, and as he and Michael (owns/runs fencing footage) only do this part time things don't get shipped immediatley. I was going to order the Epee Combat Manual, but not now there is no telling when it would arrive. As an aside I've ordered a couple dozen boomerangs from ppl who only sell them as a side line to their regular job and have never had any problem with getting one mailed to me as soon as its ordered and have always received the boomerang in 3-4 days and thats without paying for 2-3 day shipping for it.

Of course 3-4 days later they returned to the people you purchased them from. At least DVDs you get to keep.... :)
