| Hello, nice to meet everyone
I'm 22 years old, a college student, and a new user on fencing.net. I fenced competitively for alot of my teens, then quit for a few years. Now I'm starting to take it up again (its painful though - the Denver NAC was my first tournament in years, and I thought I'd collapse from oxygen deprivation and general out-of-shapeness). I think it's great that there is a site like this nowadays, so fencers from all over can compare notes!

| Nope,
Epee is by far the most admirable weapon here, and certainly the people's choice.
There are only a few trip-forward-and-bang-together types around, although they tend to be rather vocal lot.

| Welcome to the forum and our little cabal of epeeists. We put up with the foil and sabre folks...diversity, you know. Different 'points' of view.
