Array Whoa... I didn't know about those, but I'll credit both answers as being correct.
The factoid I was thinking of was the fact that Arndt Schmidt* dated his sister. *German Epeeist, who won the gold medal in the Seoul Games... the 1999 World Championships and several World Cup Titles.
Edit: FG -- 1969 Olympic Champion???- that would be an amazing accomplishment.
Carl Borrack never won the Olympics, but he was on the US Olympic Team as an athlete, and has served as Team Captian for the US Teams. I didn't know that his middle name was Lewis, though so credit for that.
