    The dreams

Zelda stirred and then sat upright. She looked around. Where was she? Looking closer she recognized her writing desk, her chair, the door to her privy. She peeked under the covers, she was wearing a nightgown, not many layers of clothes. She was in her bed....the Queen frowned. Something very odd was going on here.

Getting out of bed she tripped over latenight, who was still magically slumbering on the floor. "Well least that is the same..." Zelda thought as she proceeded to get dressed.

The trip had seemed so real. In fact almost too real. Her muscles were sore, as if she had been riding a very long time. And she noticed she had some unexplained scrapes on her body as she got dressed.

This was all too odd. She really ddint know WHAT was going on....but she needed to find out, and quickly.
Theses are evil....VERY evil, someone rescue me pls!

(this can be thrown out or moved, I'm just bored)

Rosaline finished taking care of Shadowmaker before she heaved her bags onto her shoulders and made her way through the back of the castle to her room. She trudged her way slowly up the stairs, continually adjusting her load. Her leg was aching from the hard ride it took to get back and she wanted nothing more than to collapse onto her bed and sleep for days on end. Unfortunately, that was not an option for her. She would have to make her rounds and gather reports on anything that had happened in her absense, she was sure Captain Garrisson would want to fill her in on everything personally as was his custom. As if on cue, a gruff voice called to her from up ahead of her, causing her head to jerk up.
"My Lady, Captain Garrisson wishes a word with you." The soldier reported, clapping the customary fist to the heart, "A sentry reported your arrival to the Captain," he finished, as if answering her unspoken question of how he could know she was back.
She nodded slowly, "Tell the Captain I will meet with him in a short while."
The man nodded, clapping his fist to his heart again before backing away and back to his post.
"Zelda," Rosaline offered a weak smile a few minutes later as she saw the Queen leaving her chambers.
The other woman turned and took in Rose's dusty clothes and the bags hanging from her shoulders with a confused frown.
"Rosaline, where have you been?" she asked as they met up in the hallway.
Rosaline raised an eyebrow, "Same place you were, just farther north. We only got back this morning."
"Then it wasn't a dream," the Queen mummbled to herself.
"I beg your pardon?" Rosaline asked.
"I dreamt, or thought I did . . . of traveling," she looked thuroughly confused now.
"Your Majesty, why dont you go back to bed? You need rest. I will handle everything until you wake and then we will talk."

no offense swords but just because you don't want to do fantasy land anymore doesn't mean everyone doesn't want to do it anymore.

To everyone else, if I'm alone in wanting to keep the ability to write in the future here, then so be it.

If you're not sure, thats fine too but don't shut and lock the door.

I'm not. I locked the one thread because it seemed the question had been answered.

If you want to continue with Arconia, then do so by all means - but do it without Nękos and Senyik.

If you get ideas for any other new stories, by all means feel free to share.

It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protestor to burn the flag. - Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC

Beautiful......time to revamp Darion then, if there's no Strike Force anymore.

    Whatever. I'm a writer, not a runner.
