| Do you have colour in your uniform? Apart from Sabre mesh, Black mesh, white and "Sweat" colour, what colours do you have? where?
My glove is red, black, blue and white. White cuff, black grippy stuff on the palm, blue imitation suede on the fingers, black grippy stuff on certain fingers and the thumb, and red and black on the top. Tis cool. Others have the same glove in yellow and black I want that colour
When I get my own mask, it'll probably be an FIE allstar red mesh one

| I wear colored socks and have a yellow smiley face stiched to my off arm. I don't count my glove.

| The only color on my kit is on the shoes, where it is unavoidable: the manufacturer gives one no option. And on things like linings and makers' tags. And body cords. |

| yellow and black shoes, purple and white glove.
Planning to add some sort of colored socks, just haven't found any that work.
If I can find some in yellow and black horizontal stripes I am so there. |

| White is sooooo last season Er-hum, my kit is white for the most part, although I do have... a red Spiderman glove (Duellist "super-grip") which I like a lot; the Union Jack printed on one of my masks (the traditional one, I also have a C-Thru one); named jacket (ordinary blue) with GB stripes down the sides of the jacket/breeches; BADGES on my non-sword arm (I'm such a kid); I guess you could also count the shoes which are Adistar's (black and silver), and I have a cool watch! |

| My socks are usually a strange color or pattern (ie, blue tye dye, black with large multi colored starts, polkadots, striped (red, white, black, yellow etc). I tend to figure socks are the one place an epeeist can really be original and still keep the white uniform. My glove is the Post Sport blue and white, but I don't really count that as colored, being that most gloves come in one color or another. I also have a colorful selection of bandanas.
hmm... green tye-dyed shoe laces?
So, all white except shoe laces, socks and bandana. The rest I want white. |

| Am I the only one with color on my actual uniform?
I have an enlongated triangle under both arms down to the elbow, one in gold and one in gree (our club colors). You can't see it much when my arms are down, and my opponent can't see it much when fencing. It's just kind of a flash of color once in awhile. Oh, and the collar is green as well.
What are the rules again? |

What are the rules again? | For competition in the US up to but not including NACs or qualifying tournaments for national events, there are no rules. Any colors or combinations of colors are allowed.
For national events (such as NACs and Summer Nationals) and national qualifying events (such as Div II/III qualifiers and Div 1A Section Qualifiers) the body of the uniform must be "white or a light color". However, the arms and knickers can, again, be any color combination you want.

| Blue on glove, BG blue on inside of lame, mask, etc., Purple socks with a fencer silk-screened onto them, new purple shoes that I'm hoping will get less slippery when I break them in. |

| Glove is orange and grey, and the stiching down my arms and legs uses blue and red thread. Red and silver shoes (d'art IIs), and UMass in maroon down my socks. |

| Royal blue socks (club thing), my club patch, a US patch on the lower sleeve and my glove, which is currently an Uhlmann supergrip so at least it matches the socks. I would probably have a royal blue mask but LP does not make the FIE ones in the largest size in color and they are the spiffiest masks I have ever found. I am currently using the Dart II silver and red shoes although I hate those colors. My next foil lame will likely be either blue or the LP goldish pinstripe color of their lightweight jobs, which is not whay I would prefer at all. Maybe I will go with the PBT "ice blue" lame to match everything else!
