of course it made sense. it was epee.
just make sure you have a well-padded glove. i got a new one when i switched to epee to protect the outside of my hand.

I think that Hebrew has a vowel harmony system similar to Hungarian and Finnish. I've been told that words with Hebrew roots cannot have both the letter "A" and the letter "E" - it's strictly an either or situation...

Finally, slow isn't a bad thing in epee! Most of the epee people in my club tend to be jumpy bouncy things... like 3 year olds all hyped up on candy. I find it much more effective to wait them out and strike when the target is clear. Thats not saying I'm not probing and testing... I just don't hop about.

I am an epeeist at heart, I find I am treading on that fine line before you fall over and become a “serious” fencer... so I guess add my name to this chain letter

There is not a binary opposition between slow and jumpy bouncy. I'm one of those jumpy hoppy fencers, but I definitely take my time in setting up an attack...or if I'm more than a couple points ahead I hardly attack at all

Don't you hate it when people ask you 'have you lost weight?' I have never needed to lose weight and never have lost weight, yet people use this stupid remark as a complement. It seems to me like they're saying "hey, you looked horrible before, but you're looking better now, thank God." I know people don't mean it that way, but it drives me crazy.

yeah, the hottest chick fencers all seem to be EPEEISTS..i wonder why!!??? maybe because hot chicks are also usually smart and of course, quite naturally will choose the best weapon of all..
