You have to be more seasoned to give out points. You can send messages of encouragement to people, but at the moment that's it. I can't remember what the post count you have to reach before you can give out points is but I would imagine that would be it.
And I want to know who is repping Mr Redblade when he has a total post count of <b><i><u>6</u></i></b>. I mean c'mon- three dots with only six posts is a little silly even by epeeist standards!
EDIT: Especially when his rep farming doesn't even include humorous statements...
