Hearts, blood, water, bananas and raisins. Definitely the short list.
And sometimes a few M&Ms.
So that's enemy hearts/blood, water, bananas, raisins and M&Ms. Nothing else.

| Two drums and a cymbal fall off a cliff.
Ba-dum-crash!
In any case, I don't tend to eat at comp. I have the occasional power bar and 1 litre of gatorade after every DE and 2 after every pool. |

Maybe it's better that way... cuz we all know that they rush... in my opinion, foilists like me are best for the job... cuz we go at the right tempo, rarely miss, and if we do, we can eith pull out and try another attack, or continue on further.
An epeeist will do the same thing, only slower, and with less speed and almost no passion.
